You will be hard pressed to find anyone here who will say anything other than, "You can do as better job of it yourself, for less money...".
If you can afford to spend the money just for the experiment, and the domain in question isn't a critical one, arguably the learning experience would be worth it, wether or not they can increase your traffic.
But I would never do it, and I regard all those companies as scams.
And never do something like that with an important domain.
