Keep in mind that only if someone else used that persons blacklist would you be banned somewhere else. Now, my other thought was that you as a submitter could submit a removal request and maybe like 3 site owners would confirm the removal. I'm not sure if that would work or not but there would have to be a way to get people off the list as well, and that was what i was thinking was like a blacklist removal tribunal
