It could be just me, I'm a sensitive guy, but if I ran a link list and saw that you put a couple of other sites' links in what may be considered a better position, but left mine huddled with the rest, I may be a tad insulted. Keeping them all together will neither help nor hinder the appearence of the finished page, but does display an equal amount of respect to each site.
Just my 1.5 cents.
