Jay, had COPA goen through, we would all be working at McDonalds now... because Visa and Mastercard have made it clear they have no interest in the AVS model. No law would force them to do that business, which would leave us all with no way to promote sites.
Urb: I am looking forward to see a clarification regarding content created previous to the effective date of these changes. Right now there is a total lack of implementation information, typical when someone just writes "whatever" rather than putting it through the normal law making process.
