If you are talking about Ram's linklist, there's a well known anti-linklist artifact in yahoos serps. I'm uncertain if anyone has determined if this is an algo or a hand edit, but many linklists don't appear.
I think it would be a waste of time to buy in a linklists pages, in either ink or yahoo paid, but I don't know this for sure, and I haven't heard of it's being tested.
It's fairly easy to get non linklist pages included, and it happens fairly quickly. Just link from sites known to spidered by yahoo, in a way similar to how you would get free pages included in the old inktomi databases.
