I think the story you are referring to is where Kerry shot a mortor from his swift boat and some came back and went into his arm. It was 1mm x 3mm supposedly and the doctor pulled it out with a pear of tweazers and covered it with a bandaid and he wrote himself up for a purple heart.
The thing with John Kerry is he heard that if you got 3 purple hearts you could go home or some shit, so he put himself in for stupid ass shit so he could get out. Being a veteran I would never vote for this scumbag. If he could turn on his brothers in vietnam and help get them killed he has no problem doing it to the rest of us.
