Thanks GunnCat for posting the link. I really enjoyed it. Ali-G has been big here in the UK for years. Very interesting to hear the American response. Sometimes he can be excrutiatingly embarassing - or perhaps that's just me, or a Brit thing.
Have you seen anything of Avid Merrion over there? He has a show here called Bo'Selecta in which he parodies celebrities (including Michael Jackson) with a totally masterful degree of mercilessness.
