Does anyone know what Niche is best for promoting penis extenders? I've tried promoting with Hardcore content.. Under 10 clicks to the sponsor and that's just insane! Other sponsors get several hundred clicks when I'm listed by you guys so I KNOW the traffic is as good as it's always been.
The affiliate rep that I talked to didn't seem to know what to suggest so I'm lost..
