If your still in need of someone reliable and honest to do your work, i think my freind would be your answer. His company specalises in custom built web systems, either web based or you could have an application written in c++ or something.
I know his main graphic guy used to work for the video game company virgin, he draws photographs basicly, and thier main php coder has about 10 yrs experience and a degree in computer science.
