Hey GM, that's question could have a very long answer
The building part is easy, it's getting and handling the traffic.
Getting traffic? Build feeder sites with a recip to your tgp. Buy traffic. Trade traffic. Build fake tgps used only for routing traffic.
Making money? Experiment.
One suggestion though, look at the first thing you see when you go to your site, then hit page down once and look at what you see. I see no ads at all, just a joke and two sample movies that are so long I didn't even finish watching the first one.
Okay, another thing
Your first four thumbs are trades right away. Which means that I don't see an opportunity for you to sell anything to the surfer before he/she is gone.
