Believe me when I say I do feel bad for the guy, but come on!
After we got hacked, we got better security on the servers.
Jim & I lost all the data on a comined 10 domains - now we have everything backed up daily (and the board is backed up every 6 hours) We had some old copies form the domains that we lost &we've been working a lot on getting them back up & running.
Jim & I have spent countless man hours as well as countless dollars on getting everything back up to normal - not once did we ask for money because we were not properly prepared for what happened to us.
