Ok....I am either totally oblivious the obvious or I'm just plain dumb. I'm very new to the business. My site has been oficially running for 3 weeks now. I'm trying to get exposure. So I have been going places to add my link, and reading message boards and I find one thing in common. Recip links. WTF? I have no clue what that means or how to use it. Please help.
