I never made much from email sponsors so instead of sending them there I send them to
http://AdultEarners.com they do mailers with your refcode in it except for once a month or so where they send their own refcodes for their trouble.
Its easier than setting up a mailing list of my own and I donīt have the problem with spam complaints.
I just started to use them so I canīt say anything about the results yet but I heard a lot of good about them.
