Everything Ramster said (trust him, he's in the submitting biz) plus:
1. on the "Warm Wet Pussy" gallery I would put the recips above advertising - that's where the TGPs want to see it...
2. on the lesbian gallery: if you're using different sizes thumbs put the large ones on top (not bottom) to make a first impression.
3. in general: free hosts without banners are banned almost everywhere because they re-direct your traffic to make money!
4. in general: 3 outgoing links is too much for many TGPs! 2 should do, and nobody clicks a banner above the first thumb...
5. in general: the top banner might clash with another TGP rule: to see the first thumbs (on 800x600) without having to scroll down.
6. in general: get a paid host or try a free one which is respected in the industry (only one I can think of is kinghost @ moment) - you'll be better of with a cheap hosting plan. Bargain if you're only doing galleries; hosts come down in price if you don't want any scripts to run (which you don't need for galleries). $50/month should get you started...
7. go for small to medium TGPs: most of the really big ones have their pool of submitters. Once established and with a good reputation (long term reliable submitter, no games, no 404-redirect of galleries) you then have a better way to approach the big guys.
