Hmmm, actually it looks like you are promoting the sponsor that provided the content. I'm not the one that declined you so I'm really not sure why that reason was given.
I will tell you that I've seen that same content all week long and it is over used so I'm sick of seeing it. Plus wrapping your thumbs around and ad like that will often get you declined unless it is very good content, best to make the thumbs the center of attention and not turn them into a picture frame for a banne
So it comes down to over used sponsor content so maybe that is what the reviewer meant.
