What I notice about your site is when I click the pictures I get up some very heavy compressed pictures in big sizes. I did a test of one of your pictures and it was 720x1082 pixels and 43,3kb. I think that you would be better of downsizing the pictures to about 600 in height and then try to compress it. I think that you will get a much higher quality on the pictures even with keeping them down to around 50kb. Right now the pictures would probably make some of the surfers leave right away since the quality of pictures is not very good.

Could perhaps also put in the mouse-over on the affiliate code. Don't put a lot of text there, but just make it to the rood domain off the site you are promiting.
Also, could not find any alt tags on your banners. Worth looking into also.
Not a bad looking gallery at all and especially if it is your first!!
