Well, it sounds like you've tried the nice way. The next step is to send DMCA notices to the three you mentioned above. I'm sure you can find a "fill in the blanks" DMCA notice on the net. If they don't respond to that, you can get an injunction to shut down the site. I don't really like DMCA notices because I've been on the receiving end of those a few times. Even though I responded with my licensing info for the contested images, my sites were still taken down for two weeks. But, you gotta do what you gotta do if you think somebody is violating your copyrights.
