hmm, what you should consider is, according to german law, i think you actually -have- to protect your site using an age-verification-system, if your site is designed for german traffic and if you're a german citizen.
doesn't matter if your server is located elsewhere.. another option would be to make it available only from 11pm to 4 am..
but that's just my two cents.
