Nope, I'm counting the link with this text "20% off our spanking DVD's & Videos!" where you're advertising the Vixen Ladies Features. That plus the 3 banners is 4 outbound links.
I personally wouldn't penalize you for the links page since it's on the same domain, but I suspect there will be a range of opinions on that.
