Mac reminds me of my Samson - same attitude - which is just fine by me when he needs to relax.
As for Samson, a toy filled with catnip has him all zippy again! I like that because having a zippy 5 yr. old mostly indoor cat, is much better than a lethargic all day sleeper that eats like a horse type of cat.
And Nina, you should look into getting a short haired. There are many cute little short haireds out there. Just a suggestion.
