Linkster, beside the PR value, how would you estimate the value of a link from a site asking for a link trade?

What weight (value) in per cent do you give these non-PR factors when deciding wether to do a link exchange or not:
- site theme (topic)
- site size
- site reputation
- site age
- number of backlinks

Next month I am coming out with a new hybrid type of site (kinda like DDs) with a lot of other content (besides the free porn), like reviews, blog... well, a really big site with a couple of 1000 pages.

So, it's gonna be new, it's gonna have PR0 (on internal pages) and since there are quite a few of you here who value site's importance not based on PR, I'd like to know what chance I really stand at trading with you.
