Well I know of 1 sponsor in the femdom niche that has this, 1Mb in 10 sec clips, although they are on a ccbill revshare program @ 60% to the webmaster, not per sign up, but they do convert and retain pretty well (for me at least, I realise what works for one doesn't work for another). 60% of 1 month = $20.97 to you, so not far off some PPS programs.
