Wmv files do not work with Macs and Strongbox.
Over at Angel's site we went all mpegs and other then dialup uses they have worked out very well. We could offer chopped up version of the mpegs but there are so few dialup users that she just told them that they would have to settle for looking at pics or do overnight downloads.
A 45 minute video is going to be really huge no matter what format you put it up.
