First, I'm not from the Hqhost staff. I'm their customer and just use this quality hosting along with it's perfect support and very friendly management.

But if u guys ban hqhost, who will be be the next ones? Right, another hosting companies. Because cheaters will move their cheating domains to other hostings. It might take only 30 minutes to move ALL their sites... ONLY 30 minutes to completely register new domains and move the content.
This is not a solution.. Obviously, no cheater will stop cheating after banning some hosting. ..

I think a solution might be in dealing with Hqhost management. I think if respected GreenGuy or Cleo or another owner report a cheating occasion to HQhost support (who's always online and speak good english) they will close a cheater's account immediately

We are suffer from fucking cheatears as well as u...

I think Hqhost became a "heaven for cheaters" because of it's mad popularity and quality. But I'm sure that its management also wants to get rid of them

2RawAlex: I agree that the ones who never abide by rules just pisses off, but IMHO, banning of the respective hosting would not solve the problem..
