Well, I dunno. It's a fact still (with a lot of case law to back it up) that any prosecutor, anywhere, can bring a prosecution against any webmaster, anywhere, for disseminating obscenity in the particular county or jurisdiction of the prosecutor. They may not get a conviction, but they'll always get good press about "wiping out porn in Podunk." Never mind that the webmaster or producer in question may live in NYC or SF or some liberal bastion.
Plus, the feds aren't immune to trying, either. Look at the nasty federal prosecution Extreme Associates is going through right now thanks to Fuhrer Ashcroft. It's all perfectly "legal" until a jury decides that putting object A into slot B violates "local community standards."
