All you guys (Jim, Sufn, Alphawolf) that are going on about how what we are doing is so much different than people who sell glass pipes. All you guys are DEAD WRONG! In fact, in a lot of ways, we are more at risk – the proposed 2257 is a perfect example.
Look how fast they closed down the online head shops? The Feds tool out one trophy operator (Cheech) and look how the online smokeshop industry crumbled. Fact is, pipes are not drug paraphernalia till you put drugs in them.
Don't be some complacent and think "the sky isn't falling" -- because it very well could -- it would only require that Bush gets his 4 more years (refer to my 1st post in this thread). Instead of trying to prove how cool, calm, and collected you are about the state of the industry -- why don't you do something about it and get Bush and his AG out of office this November?
If that doesn't happen - you'd better get your helmets because the SKY WILL FALL.We are NO DIFFERENT than the "drug pushers" in the eyes of the right wing zealots of this administration.
