I think its rather a sponsor fault, try to find an original site and promote it with text that will tell the surfer why its so unique and why he should visit it. Anyway ratio as bad as 1:35000 is very very bad. A friend of mine builds freesites without any knowledge of english, full of blind links and txts generated by polish-english translator
and that guy still gets sales!!!. I think marketing texts are very important but without a good converting sponsor, you still wont get many sales
