As you may or may not know, the federal government wants to make an amendment to Article 2257 requiring secondary producers to have the same 2257 compliance as primary producers. While this is a good idea to protect against minors in pornography, in most cases it's just not feasible for the secondary producers to have this sort of burden. It is near impossible to have 2257 for every banner, thumbnail, free content and logo that you have on your site. And if this amendment passes, you could be facing jail time!
