Tommy was getting hell lot of submits since he is accepting galleries also I guess. As long as other major link lists are taking the trouble to review sites for free it is worth waiting. If every Link Lists out there starts asking for money then smaller guys like me won't have money to pay
Also it will be soon like the TGP world.
Having said that I must agree that there are few link lists I will be ready to pay to get listed.
