If the centralised blacklist service wanted to change it's revenue structure so submitters paid a fee to be "whitelisted".. I would be happy to use that as a "partner" account list for my linksites.
That might be a system worth campaiging for rather than everyone having their own system.
If anyone reading is particularly keen to pay for linksite spots... and are able to monitor their sites results to help me test my system, PM me and I will give you details and some free traffic.
