GG - I think Hedeon is talking about ad blocking software that looks at the URL and blocks it if it sees ccbill or ibill or something like that. In that case, redirecting to another page on your domain and redirecting would bypass the ad blocking software.
It's a good reason to use something like PHPadsnew to serve your ads because it uses PHP redirects anyway and would fool the ad blocking software.
