Do you use any program / submission software for it? Like AS, DS, CS - and which one?

Do you add the link lists for each category, for example if you submit anal sites and hairy sites:

linklist.com_anal
linklist.com_hairy

And how do you group them? By the amount of traffic they send you, PR or popularity?
