Happy Friday!
Very happy for me. Not sure if you have terrace houses in the states (I think you may call them town houses??), but we finished work on one this week in preparation for a family moving in today. Was very last minute for one reason and another. But I can breath now and do more online work for a bit.
I used to rent mainly to students but I'm moving towards families, using a good local estate agent. TIme for a banana dance
