John's honesty really isn't in question here, just his willingness to support an employee who really went off for no reason, should have accepted the rules as they exist and apply to all non-advertiser programs.

GG obviously had a crappy week of dealing with people being ignorant, stupid, or expecting some sort of special treatment where none has been offered or is available. Piles and piles of crap loads up over a period of time, and it all comes out together in one shot.
Some people don't understand how much they are imposing when they ask these sorts of things.
EJ, there really is nothing to add here. You made your case, and regardless of what the masses think, the deed is done. The "good" thing to do involves understanding what happened, how it could have been avoided, and get your employees to learn how to function better with the online communities. Your results will be better as a result.

Since I haven't been around for two days I will take the time to address those who have brought me up once again.
First off, why don't you show me where I really went off? Thats right you can't because all I did was ask a question. So stop your whinning and name calling and move along.
Plus I function fine in online communties where people have a clue. Here everyone is so busy kissing ass they don't even take the time to see what is really going on.
So thanks for your opinion but no one asked for it.
