Good Morning
Back seems to be doing a bit better as I can sit in the recliner and watch tv for a couple of hours before feeling I need to be laying flat in bed. Also have been able to put on socks standing up the last 2 days versus sitting in a chair, pulling foot up so heel is locked onto the end of chair to get them on. These sound like little improvements but they are HUGE to me. Hopefully I won't do anything stupid and go backwards.
Have a back treatment in a few hours. Other than this I'll be laying on my back working.
