AdPeeps is good. You can get a 7 day trial to make sure it works for you. You can paste the code in a text widget or directly into the theme's code with the editor. It seems to work best for smaller sites with a limited number of sponsors as the interface is a little clunky when you're trying to manage a lot of data.
