CYBER WURX MAINTENANCE WINDOW NOTIFICATION

Date/Time: September 1, 2004, 6am - 9am EST
Duration: 30 Minutes (per customer/server)

Scope of Work/Customer Impact:

Cyber Wurx has scheduled this emergency maintenance window to upgrade an existing electrical panel to add additional power availability. This is only affecting a small portion of the facility, the entire facility will not be powered down. During this window, several systems will be powered down and brought back up after the power has been cut over and tested. We do not expect this to upgrade to last longer than 10-15 minutes per customer/server, but with any maintenance window there could be problems that arise therefor we are giving a 30 minutes maintenance window.
