why did I get turned down...

First, I've only created a couple few free sites but here is one that was rejected by somebody today...

Here's the link list's possible reasons for rejection:

- The link would create a duplicate.
- You didn't link to us.
- You have hardcore on your warning page.
(this could be your counter or banner to other link sites)

- Your site was down when we tried to do our review.
- You have a sponsor banner that says "enter".
- Your site contains BDSM

Ok...my site does contain BDSM but I did put the above free site in their Dominatrix category. What's a Dominatrix to do? Is the link list just too ultra picky and I should just forget them or does my version of a free site suck ass and "I" need to create a better free site?
