Has anyone ever used an outsourcing company?

If so, who did you use?
Did you get what you paid for, meaning where you happy with there services and design work?
Where looking to oursource the building of galleries as it's very time consuming and we have tons to build.
Any positive or negative experiences would be great.
If you have a company that you think is the best for this please let me know.
Not sure which one to use, or if it's worth it
