Yes it is...
BUT!! make a number of templates and dont use the same one over and over.. Reviewers get very bored looking at the same sites again and again.... and their "reject" fingers get itchy!  DD

We ususally recomend 30 different site templates - which we all know is a huge pain in the ass to build, but once you have them, you're pretty much set for life
 No one's gonna notice that you're using the same template 12 times a year |
