RSS Aggregator Problem

I downloaded SharpReader and really messed things up. I think I deleted a file, then tried to uninstall the whole mess and re-install it. When I try to install it I get this error message:

C:\Program Files\SharpReader
already exists. Would you like to install to that folder anyway?

I click yes and goes through some more installation, then I get this:

C:\Program Files\SharpReader\SharpReader.exe
An error occured while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied

SharpReader isn't listed in Add/Remove Programs but it's listed in Program Files on my drive. How can I completely get rid of it so I can re-install it?

Thanks for any help.
