that's right, you need to be a trusted member of greenguy and jims for starters, also if I don't know you and another person I know can vouch for you and your info looks good - I'll give you an submitt account

also for 7 days partners can submitt 10 NON recip or other recips galls a day (but please not everyday to the same category)

then after 7 days I will post back here and say all galls must have a backlink
