Couple content-url related questions

Hi guys, would like an answer to these questions since I can't seem to get a conclusive answer on it anywhere else

I currently run 2 servers, one that runs all my 'dynamic' stuff (e.g. non adult sites, database driven junk, and my adult sites), and one server that's basically sitting there serving up all the static content.

Now I want to build freesites again, but doing that would mean that you'd get a freesite on say, www.somesite.com/some-site/ and the content for that one would be pulled off content.somesite.com/ -- is this going to cause any problems getting listed? I do it that way so I can basically have content served off the server that's specifically set up to deal with static content (and also happens to sit at a host that charges me next to nothing for my bandwidth).

A second question (not related to the one above) is whether a fullsized image can come off a url like this (assuming a freesite on www.somesite.com/some-site): http://www.somesite.com/some-site/im...0/dsc_3412.jpg

I tend to resize content I get down to a few 'standard' resolutions the minute I've downloaded it from the content provider so I don't have to deal with it afterwards, and it's easier for me to just upload the directory that tells me what resolution I stuck on that site instead of having to guess at it all the time

So yea... yay or nay?
