I dont do gay but my brother does..

So he recently signed up to www.tier 1 cash.com and started promoting them via a blog with 1-3 picture(s) (sponsors content hosted on my bro's domain) and some text about 6-10 posts. I did notice him using the word 'CollegeDudes247' in in the text and tags quite a bit.

What part of the above would lead to this email?

Obviously I have removed anything related to that program but that is a bit drastic from the program... ??? or is it just me being a dumbwitt
