Simple question: adding screenshot to flv player

I've been messing around with this and can't get it to work.

I'm used to embedding flv files using the embed/object code. No probs there. But now I'm working with this code:

So the parameters are listed differently.

What I want to do is make the player display a sample screenshot because at the moment the screens are black.

At the bottom I tried adding:

'FlashVars', 'previewImageURL=http://www.previewimage.com/previewimage.jpg'

but it didn't work.

Can anyone tell me how to add a preview image to AC javascript code for flash movies?

Just a guess as I've not seen that implementation:

'previewImageURL','http://www.previewimage.com/previewimage.jpg',

after one of the variable pairs in the request?

I don't actually find previewImageURL as a typical action content. You might try 'image'. I believe 'logo' is for a webbug in the corner of the video.
