So first of all i want to say i don`t need to sell as it is growing bussiness easy to maintain, but with my friend, i would like to buy share in running go-go bar and I am considering options, one is raise some more money from selling this project. If price is right, i think, you have here very goodoportunity run established bussiness...

Traffic: 150-180k daily visitors, stable, 80% US traffic
Revenues from January - $35-40k USD (can prove for serios buyer) not including special advertisement deals (like one from beginning of the yaar for $10 000 Usd for three months for small banners ... can prove).
Average revenue for month: not less than $5500 USD (i.e. January about 11k USD)

Working up to two hours daily on project, can run auto or some part timer can take care of project.

I made some screenshots of revenu from my affil sites showing revenue and everything, so if you are interested, and you CAN buy (that mean have money, because many beople actualy don`t have money to buy and and I am wasting my time ), i am ready.

I am looking for 12 Month average revenue at minimum, i would be happy to sell about 15mo revenue (so we are talking here about $8x,xxx mid range, i consider that as very good buy) as it very stable and established bussiness and to have peace in my hearth ;-) So if you are interested or want to negotiate something serious, I am ready.
