Watched Transformers Dark Side Of The Moon last night or I should say tried to. We ended up fast forwarding to the end just to see how it ended after being bored to death by its bad acting, lousy script and overdone fight scenes.

Loving the new iPhone iOS update but going to wait until Apple's servers are less overloaded to update our other two iOS devices.

At some point I'll probably get the iPhone 4S with Siri. Nice to see that Apple gave Sire a sense of humor.

When Macworld’s Jason Snell sent a jab Siri’s way by asking her to “open the pod bay doors”, a reference to Stanley Kubrick’s classic “2001: A Space Odyssey,” the personal assistant responded, “We intelligent agents will never live that down, apparently.”

Snell also threw in another nerdy reference, this time to Douglas Adams’s classic “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.” He asked Siri for the answer to “life, the universe and everything,” and she responded, correctly, “42.”

Over at The Loop, Jim Dalrymple expressed his love for Siri, causing her to admonish him, “I hope you don’t say that to those other mobile phones, Jim.” She’s also been known to tell, er, friendly iPhone owners that “All you need is love. And your iPhone.”

Siri has proved that she can think on her feet, as well. When Brian Chen at Wired told Siri, “I’m drunk”, the considerate app offered this advice: “I found a number of cabs fairly close to you.”

Work, UPS to drop off the old dead RAID, gym, more work and a kayaking Meetup BBQ this evening is today's plans so far.

Good Thursday Everyone

Sorry I wasn't on here yesterday - it's been a strange week

My step-daughter moved out yesterday, which means I have to go over & hook up her TV & Stereo system tonight - seems I'm the only one in the family that knows how to do this

Wow. I've been here twice today and typed in this message window a couple times yet not hit submit. Fucking I'm losing it. At least a couple more hours and I'll be in vegas going bug nuts for a night. It's a quick trip for a night. My office is still complete shitty mess right now though.

Need to clean a little as my sister is staying here tomorrow night to take care of the dog.

Hope everyone had a good one. Time to watch some tv in here while I clean.
