Please define "frequently updated"

Some of my blogs are written by other people, and looking at one run by someone who has not posted in a long time I loaded the RSS feed via IE. The screenshot below was taken today (29 November 3014). Look at the date of the last post and what IE says about this feed in the first line.



Almost exactly one and a half years since the last post and IE says "You are viewing a feed that contains frequently updated content". I'd hate to see a blog that they consider "rarely updated"!
