2016.08.16 Ragweed Season
Moring.
 In Ontario (Canada), today is start of ragweed season. This year has been brutal for other allergens so I've been on Aerius allergy medication for a month now. Hopefully, I won't notice the additional pollen in the air. Did 4 mi (6.66 km) on the elliptical yesterday. Half in exercise mode and the other half at a slow pace just watching TV. I'll be back on in an hour or so this morning.  Hopefully that and some diet changes will start to get my weight down. (I've said that many times before!)Other than that, the same old. I have to go out and get groceries and dog food. Maybe back to IKEA to buy my daughter a bed frame (after "tire kicking" last time). Have a great day!  |

No allergies here but the last round of antibiotics gave me a nasty yeast infection. :-/
Day two of working on websites for my Air BnB client. Almost finished this one for him yesterday. Other than that looking forward to returning to my normal day tomorrow and making it back to the gym. |

Good Morning
 Been working on the house early morning to get in what I can before the heat. They keep saying 80F for a high but yesterday was closer to 90F. As an old, out of shape bastard one can only do so much in this heat. I did finish Orange Is The New Black, which is so damn good, over the weekend. Started House of Cards yesterday which is also a great show so I see a few more episodes today happening. Going to do some biz work before heading out to lunch and tv watching the rest of the day.
