Construction season again

Well, the brain dead seem to be back in destruction, I mean construction, mode again.

Sure, call the city to find the sewer and water, but don't call the phone company - that's a good plan.
Out of town trench digging crew found a main trunk line with a ditch witch yesterday afternoon.
Phone was back up this morning, but DSL was not corrected until sometime this afternoon. (something about the way the lines went down that they had to restart the connections manually - whatever the heck that means)
